Meet The Kohlers
Mikael & Hailee founded Fox Hollow Co. with a shared mission: To provide comprehensive real estate solutions by combining strategic insight, thoughtful design, and creative excellence with unwavering quality, integrity, and Christ-like care.
Mikael Kohler
MANAGING DIRECTOR
As Co-founder and Managing Director of Fox Hollow Co., Mr. Kohler is actively involved in the company’s core operations and strategic direction. His responsibilities include conducting market research, performing underwriting, facilitating real estate transactions, building Excel models, creating YouTube content, publishing blogs, and developing educational resources.
Prior to launching Fox Hollow, Mr. Kohler obtained bachelor’s degrees in finance and real estate from the University of North Texas while starting an internship at a boutique Real Estate Private Equity firm in Dallas. Throughout his five year tenure, Mikael advanced to Assistant Vice President of Development, managing over half a billion dollars in active ground-up development projects—from mixed-use masterplans to low-, mid- and luxury high-rise residential. Throughout his career, Mikael has found joy in simplifying complex data into actionable insight for stakeholders, investors, and now Fox Hollow Co’s clients. In his free time, Mikael enjoys staying active and being with family.
Hailee Kohler
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
As Co-founder and Creative Director of Fox Hollow Co., Mrs. Kohler oversees the brand’s visual storytelling, creative direction, and digital presence. Her responsibilities include leading media production through photography, videography, and editing, managing the company’s social media platforms, coordinating events and brand experiences, and helping shape the overall creative presentation of the Fox Hollow brand.
Mrs. Kohler’s roots in real estate and design began early, inspired by her childhood home on a cul-de-sac named “Fox Hollow” and her father’s career in commercial real estate. She earned a degree in Interior Design from Collin College and worked with a high-end residential firm on custom homes in some of Dallas’ most prestigious neighborhoods. Alongside her design work, she built a successful photography business that has evolved into real estate media—capturing homes with a refined eye and heartfelt storytelling. Hailee unwinds with walks in the park, painting, and staying active.
